Anna Torrens Armstrong, PhD, MPH, MCHES, CPH, is an Associate Professor at the University of South Florida (USF) in the College of Public Health. She currently serves as the Public Health Education concentration lead for the MPH program, teaching both as part of the MPH Core and within the health education track. She leads the Masters level student professional development program and is the PI for the USF MCH Undergraduate Pipeline program “MCH Train-a-Bull.” Her research interests include teaching innovation, professional development programs in public health, school-based health services, developmental evaluation, and military health promotion. She serves on the NCHEC Board of Commissioners. Anna also serves as adjunct faculty (online) at the Johns Hopkins Krieger School of Arts and Sciences Advanced Academic Programs, the MA in Communication program.
