This is the highest award a chapter can receive and recognizes a year of chapter achievement.
ELIGIBILITY
Any chapter with three activities (at least one service and one education) are eligible. The activities must meet all four Standards for Health Education and Promotion, one research project meeting both the Standards for Research, and adherence to all eight of the Standards for Chapter Management and Student Professional Development.
DEADLINE
Please complete the Chapter Annual Report and Chapter Recognition Award Application by June 30th.
