The Eta Sigma Gamma (ESG) National Health Education Honorary congratulates six members elected to the ESG 2015-2017 Board of Directors. New board members were inducted and began their terms of office on Saturday, November 21, 2015, during the Executive Business Meeting in Muncie, Indiana.
President: Kelly Wilson, PhD, MCHES, Associate Professor of Health Education in the Department of Health and Kinesiology at Texas A&M University, will serve a two-year term as ESG President. Elected as ESG Vice President for a two-year term is Holly Moses, PhD, MSHE, CHES, Undergraduate Program Academic Advisor and Internship Coordinator in the Department of Health Education & Behavior at University of Florida.
Immediate Past President: Jodi Brookins Fisher, PhD, CHES, Professor and Division Director of Community Health in the Department of Health Sciences at Central Michigan University, will serve a two-year term as ESG Immediate Past-President.
Director of Advocacy: Alexis Blavos, PhD, MCHES, Assistant Professor in the Health Department at SUNY Cortland, will serve as two-year term as ESG Director of Advocacy.
Member-At-Large: Liliana Rojas-Guyler, PhD, CHES, Assistant Professor in Health Promotion & Education at the University of Cincinnati, will serve one additional year as ESG Member-At-Large.
Newly elected to the board for two-year terms are:
Member-At-Large: Joe Visker, PhD, MCHES, Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Sciences at Minnesota State University – Mankato, who will serve as the Member-At-Large.
Student-At-Large Member: Leigh Szucs, MEd, CHES, doctoral student in Health Education in the Department of Health and Kinesiology at Texas A&M University, who will serve as the Student-At-Large Member.

The newly elected members joined five current Board members who continued their terms in November 2015. The ESG Board of Directors is elected by the ESG membership and is the legal and fiduciary body responsible for the organization.
