Participate in the WELLNESS Challenge…..
Stop by the ESG exhibit table and talk with members of the national Board of Directors as well as pick up your very own ESG pedometer. You know you will be doing lots of walking during this conference; why not count your steps all day and be awarded for your physical activity?!? They will go fast…. Be the first to come by!!!
Be the Chapter that collects the most Items and win a possible prize of $250 Travel Grant….. Please pack and bring the following items to SOPHE and drop them off at the ESG exhibit table. All items will be donated to The Zeta Center. The Zeta Center for Healthy and Active Aging (Zeta Center) provides services designed to meet the needs of older adults, age 55 years and above, in the Southern Park Heights area of Baltimore. Sample Items are: Full size toiletries for men and women, toothbrushes and toothpaste, mouthwash, individual alcohol wipes, diabetes monitoring equipment with strips, blood pressure self-monitoring equipment, stamps (U.S. mail), reading glasses, pens, small first aid kits, etc. (see the website for more information)
